Vol. 5, No. 3, September 10, 2000
In This Issue:
The summer of 2000 has been eventful for many members of St. Cronan. After a long search, a new pastoral associate, Lisa von Stamwitz, was hired. Mark Weber and Gretchen Geivett had adventures in China, Cathy Hartrich visited Africa on a trip sponsored by Catholic Relief Services, and Dean Hoerchler helped build a house for an impoverished family in Juarez, Mexico. Others stayed closer to home, enjoying the Sixth Annual St. Cronan Campout at Onandaga State Park or experiencing the joys of summer in the city. Still othersFernando Sorolla and the Cummins/Plewa familybid us farewell and embarked on new adventures. Now our scholars are off to college and our resident grade school and high school students and teachers are settling into their fall routines. What adventures will autumn bring, people of St. Cronan? Check out the calendar of events!
